Create a new Customer

How to create a new customer from the Customers module?

  1. Click the Contacts module in the left sidebar.

  2. Go to Customers module and click the + button in the bottom right corner in the page and select New Contact. You will be redirected to the add contact page.


  3. Choose the salutation from the dropdown list and enter your basic information such as first name, last name, display name, email and phone.


  4. You can click on the Add More Fields to add more information such as Organization Name, designation, department and the contact of your social media.


  5. Enter your billing address and shipping address. If your shipping address is the same as the billing address, you can click the Copy billing address.

  6. Click the Save button in the top right to save the new customer contact. New customer contact will then appear in the customer module.
